On May 7, 2026, San Francisco-based private investment firm GI Partners announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and Cell Solutions businesses from Charles River Laboratories International. Have We Reached the Age of Advanced Therapies?
