Spotlight: Our Latest Off-the-Shelf Male Clinical iPSC Lines
We generated multiple clones from 23- and 27-year-old, Caucasian, healthy male donors, both with blood type A+.
- iPSC clones exhibit a normal 46XY karyotype, as certified by G-band analysis.
- Flow cytometry confirms stable expression and purity of OCT3/4, SSEA-4.
- Real-time PCR data demonstrate robust trilineage differentiation potential, strong expression of germ layer genes (Pax6, MAP2, Brachyury, GATA4, Sox17, FoxA2) post-differentiation.
- STR genotyping ensures identity and purity across the manufacturing process.
HLA A & HLA DPA1 Homozygous female iPSC Line
Another of our recent clinical-grade iPSC lines, derived from a healthy 22-year-old Caucasian female donor (O+ blood type), is homozygous at HLA A and HLA DPA1. This markedly enhances the matching potential for recipients and expands its clinical utility. Multiple clones are available from this donor with specific targeted differentiation data for therapy-relevant cell types, allowing developers options in clone selection.
