ESP 2.0 marks a major milestone for L7. With this release, ESP can now support a wide range of life science companies: from the venture-backed cell therapy company, established laboratories and research clinics, to the largest of the global biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. All these companies share a common need: a highly adaptive “bench-to-bedside” technology platform to eliminate processing and technological silos.
“L7 has worked tirelessly since last May, when we announced our partnership with Microsoft Genomics. We have focused our attention to empower our mutual customers to easily implement our integrated and validated offering,” commented Vasu Rangadass, Ph.D., L7 Informatics’ CEO. “Our partnership with Microsoft shows their confidence in L7’s ability to deliver. We are humbled by Microsoft’s trust.”
L7 Informatics and Microsoft are presenting the latest enhancements to the ESP + Microsoft Genomics platforms at the 2018 American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) Conference in San Diego, CA (October 16-20, 2018). L7 Informatics will also host a demo at the Microsoft booth (#1535) on Thursday, October 18th at 11:30 am. L7 team members will be readily available to answer questions.
“We’re very excited about our partnership with L7 because they appreciate and align their product and commercialization strategy with the market landscape of precision medicine and multi-omics opportunities,” mentioned Trent Norris, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Genomics. “When markets move at this speed, companies must be agile and take calculated risks in order to drive innovation that leads to sustained growth. L7 is reshaping the way companies should think about laboratory information management systems and we’re pleased that they chose to do it on Azure and with the Microsoft Genomics service.”
