The American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians (AASCP) will meet on June 17-19, 2022, and be offering hands on workshops.
MIAMI, April 27, 2022 – The American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians (AASCP) is proud to welcome the acclaimed Ophthalmologist Dr. Scheffer Tseng as a Guest Speaker for its upcoming conference on June 17-19, 2022 in Miami, Florida. At this event, the AASCP will host expert speakers from across the country lecturing on the innovations in stem cell research and how they can be safely and effectively applied to patient populations in accordance with current regulations. Hands on workshops will also be offered.

Dr. Scheffer Tseng is a highly regarded pioneer and practicing ophthalmologist located in Miami Florida. He will be presenting on June 18th, the second day of the AASCP’s annual conference. Dr. Scheffer Tseng co-founded the companies TissueTech and Bio-Tissue and is currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for TissueTech. Additionally, Dr. Tseng is a world-class surgeon specializing in ocular surface reconstruction and is a widely published physician scientist with more than 380 peer-reviewed clinical and scientific papers.
For the past 35 years, Dr. Tseng has specialized in identifying the active biological components contained within human placental tissues in order to develop therapeutic products and to expand the clinical applications of these important perinatal tissues.
